This is my first blog posting and to be honest I have no idea what to put here.  So I will start with current events that effect me personally.  The scandal that is going on with the VA seems to have dropped off of the news for right now.  I hope they get that system worked out.  Veterans don't deserve to be treated like that.  I have had personal experience with VA workers who think that they deserve a pay check and shouldn't have to work.  They see the veterans as a burden and don't see what they do to help keep this country safe.  Even if a veteran wasn't infantry or special forces they contributed.  What most people don't realize is if your not fighting directly your fighting indirectly.  The base needs people who maintain the electrical system, who do the plumbing, who handle the money of the base.  Everyone's job in the military is to kill the enemy and break their things.  This is why it aggravates me to no end to see people working for the VA, the people who are to be serving the veterans, complaining about the veterans and how difficult there job is because of it.  My answer to them is if you don't like the job find a new one.  Make room for someone who is going to do the job right cause you can not figure it out.  Go work at McDonald maybe then you will learn customer service and being grateful for having a job in this economy.  Just for what I have been told the lady that I had an issue with ended up being put on unpaid leave.  I think the VA needs to go through and get rid of any worker that has had more than a couple complaints in the course of a couple months cause they are not getting the message with paper work.  The VA system is seeing the same problem that the state of Illinois see when it comes to employees.  They can't fire them until they have been screwing up for a long time.  Any normal job and it takes about two screw ups quickly to lose a job.  I am getting off topic.  This is more of a rant than a blog I think now.  Anyways to anyone readying this I hope that this has informed you a little and for you to have a great day.
